How it works

Here's exactly what happens after you upload something.

Three steps carry every upload — you hand over documents, hullfolio proposes what it found, and you confirm or correct each one before it's saved.

Three steps, every time

Same loop whether it's your first upload or your fiftieth.

01 — Upload

Hand over what you've got

A survey, manuals, a folder of nameplate photos, a spreadsheet — any combination. hullfolio doesn't need it organized first.

02 — Review

hullfolio reads it

Engine hours, serial numbers, install dates, service history — proposed automatically, each one tagged with exactly where it came from.

03 — Confirm

You make the final call

Accept it, fix it, or flag it. Nothing is written into the record until you say it's correct.

Not every proposal gets treated the same way

A photo that's obviously right and two documents that flat-out disagree don't call for the same response.

Obviously right
A clear nameplate photo or a survey line that isn't up for debate. One tap and you're done.
Worth a look
Less certain reads ask more of you: confirm it, fix it, come back later, or say no.
Conflicting
Two sources disagree. hullfolio shows both side by side and asks you to pick.
Missing information
Nothing answers the question, so hullfolio asks directly instead of guessing.
Can't tell
An honest gap, not a failure. Fill it in yourself, attach what you have, or leave it out.

What you can hand it

If it's already in your camera roll or a folder somewhere, it's probably usable.

PDF JPG / PNG HEIC — iPhone photos, no conversion needed XLSX / CSV — already keeping a spreadsheet? Import it

Prefer talking to typing? The owner description field takes voice as easily as text — tap the mic and describe the boat out loud.
